The goal of CBR Cleaning’s carpet care program is to keep your carpet clean while maintaining a consistent appearance at the lowest possible cost. Our customers’ interest is our top priority. Appearance Demand vs. Planned Maintenance

Did you know that the very construction of carpet is designed to hide soiling, therefore by the time a carpet looks dirty, it is filthy! Each time the carpet is allowed to reach that unacceptable appearance level, it is hoped that the cleaning will restore the appearance to an acceptable level. The truth is that in order for a carpet to maintain a fresh appearance level for any length of time it MUST be maintained on a regular basis with a planned carpet care program.

*Improper cleaning practices such as spin bonneting or rotary agitation may harm carpet fibers and lead to shortened carpet life. The use of rotary agitation may void manufacturer’s warranty. We advise to review manufacturer’s recommendation.

- Practice minimum cleanings to retain fresh carpet appearance. Use low moisture encapsulation for maximum pile-lifting at scheduled cleaning intervals.

Daily Maintenance

- Vacuuming of walk-off mats and carpeting as well as daily carpet spotting. 90% of what is spilled on the carpet can be removed if taken care of immediately and properly.

Restorative Maintenance

- Perform scheduled periodic deep cleaning using high performance hot water extraction.
